Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensure coordination across different manufacturing sites for schedule scenarios and releases.
  2. Improve and standardize the deliverables of Master Plans for all plants.
  3. Establish, coordinate, and prepare weekly and monthly reviews concerning the master plans of different sites.
  4. Coordinate the planning and execution of key special projects.
  5. Participate in the governance of production units.
  6. Support and/or participate in improvement project mandates within your sectors.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry or other complex product industries, ideally in production planning or industrial engineering.
  • You demonstrate leadership, communication, and influence skills.
  • You have a synthetic mind and are comfortable presenting to senior management.
  • You are dynamic, sociable, and enjoy working in a team.
  • You show patience, perseverance, and curiosity.
  • You have proven ability in improving business process efficiency using technology and process improvement methodologies.
  • You are an expert in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and have general IT knowledge.
