Job summary

Bombardier in Montreal is seeking a Job Analyst, Program Management, Budget to join the Aerospace Canada team, where you will analyze budgets, monitor envelopes and present financial insights to management.

The role requires a university degree in management, finance, or business administration, 5+ years of experience, SAP experience, and strong MS Office/PowerBI skills. This full-time hybrid position offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in management, finance, business administration or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience using ERP systems (SAP an asset).
• Master MS Office, TEAMS, PowerBI, with knowledge in database management.
• Bilingual with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, monitor and control the budgetary envelopes of the Program team.
• Present your analysis and recommend budget strategies to management teams.
• Manage budget governance and prepare content (Key indicators, Variations, Risks & Opportunities).
• Establish budget schedules and guide teams toward milestones.
• Establish performance criteria for strategic envelopes and monitor achievement.
• Help define and maintain governance calendar for the management team.
• Contribute to standardized tools for budget management of program and engineering teams.
• Identify and manage risks & opportunities by mitigating them with the functional teams.
• Guide a team in solving problems and establishing new processes.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities on the budget process and templates.
• Interact with all levels of management in a multi-functional environment.
• Maintain a large volume of financial data efficiently and rigorously.
