Working alongside experienced originators, traders, and structurers on the Montreal trading floor, you will gain hands‑on exposure to derivative products, client relationship management, and transaction execution.

This role provides exceptional exposure to financial markets and will equip you with the skills and experience needed to build a successful career in derivatives, capital markets, and client advisory. • Gain direct exposure to senior decision-makers, including CFOs, treasurers and finance teams, while helping advise them on strategic financial risk management matters.
  • Build expertise across foreign exchange and interest rate derivatives through hands‑on involvement in client transactions.
  • Take on meaningful responsibility early in your career, with structured mentorship, continuous learning and close collaboration with experienced market professionals.
  • Work at the intersection of financial markets and client advisory, partnering daily with traders, structurers, bankers, and risk professionals to deliver risk management solutions for business clients.

  • Join an entrepreneurial, growing platform where initiative, creativity and collaboration are valued and individual contributions have a visible impact on the business.
