A core objective is to embed AI tools into the research workflow to improve the quality, speed and depth of research output.

Data from internal systems and third-party sources will be synthesized into structured analysis for review by the Chief Economist, and the Analyst is expected to maintain a working knowledge of Canadian and North American real estate, capital markets and alternative investment data sources.

Research Output and Commentary

This role is responsible for drafting research notes, monthly fund commentary and industry updates for review and publication by the Chief Economist. The Analyst will contribute research, data, and drafting support to whitepapers and thought-leadership pieces authored by the research function, ensuring that the output is accurate, well-sourced, and consistent with the Chief Economist's editorial voice.

AI-Enabled Research

A core objective of the role is to identify, test and embed AI tools that improve research efficiency across market analysis, data synthesis, automation and report generation.
