Job summary

Centurion Asset Management Inc. is seeking an Analyst to support our research function through market and industry analysis, data synthesis and the production of commentary that informs investors and advisors.

A core objective is to embed AI tools into the research workflow to improve quality, speed and depth of outputs. You will collaborate with the Chief Economist and cross-functional teams to deliver timely research, ensure rigorous sourcing, and provide data-driven insights for internal

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in a research or economics role
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with large datasets
• Clear, concise research prose and writing ability
• Experience applying AI tools to analytical work is a strong asset
• Comfortable in a regulated environment and compliance review processes
• Progress toward a Masters, CFA, CBV or comparable designation is an asset

Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical and attribution analyses to generate insights into fund performance and market dynamics
• Draft monthly fund commentary and industry updates for review and publication
• Embed AI tools into research workflows to improve efficiency and repeatability
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Investor Administration and other teams to source data and validate inputs
• Ensure research output is accurate, well-sourced and aligned with the Chief Economist's editorial voice
