Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, master data, merchandising operations, business analysis or a related field.
• Proven end-to-end problem ownership, from analysis and recommendation through implementation.
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with databases, data platforms, integrations and data models.
• Experience with automation, low-code and AI tools, including Power Platform, Access and Microsoft Copilot; Python exposure is an asset.
• Experience writing requirements or user stories and leading UAT with technology teams.
• Understanding of retail product data, lifecycle, attributes and taxonomy.
• Clear communication and confidence influencing peers and leaders with solution-focused recommendations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently through change and ambiguity.

**What You’ll Do:** In this 12-month contract, as the Analyst, Merch Data Governance, you will own business problems in merchandising data – not just the tasks behind them. You will take accountability for the accuracy, flow and governance of product data across our merchandising systems, find out why issues happen, and deliver lasting fixes through analysis, technology and cross-functional partnership.
