What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Participate in the delivery of projects within the MRM Systems projects portfolio to ensure alignment with business requirements and quality outcomes
- Prepare and implement unit testing scripts according to established project guidelines
- Coordinate with vendor partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
- Engage stakeholders at various levels to determine business needs and develop solutions that improve efficiencies
- Foster and develop strategic partnerships within Finance and TIS to advocate for business interests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, such as Computer Science or Management Information Systems
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in ETRM or enterprise applications
- At least 3 years of experience in a medium to large organization with exposure to a broad range of technical and strategic roles
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proven negotiation, influence, and leadership skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or other formal project management accreditation
- Demonstrated ability to learn, innovate, and manage change
- Strong aptitude for independent leadership and communication
