The Specialist I TIS Systems is accountable for supporting project integration activities for new lines of business. The role will transition to operational support at the conclusion of the project.

As a key member of the MRM Systems team, this role focuses on providing business systems analysis, direction on solutions, systems, and project management support to implement and leverage functionality within Enterprise Risk’s central system, Openlink Endur/Findur.

What You Will Do:

1. Conceptualize, manage, and participate in strategic multi-year, enterprise-wide projects and initiatives focused on maximizing the enterprise’s commercial, technical, operational, and intellectual capital.
2. Participate in the delivery of projects within the MRM Systems portfolio to ensure scope, approach, and governance are set to deliver the intended outcomes, aligned with Business and IT drivers.
3. Participate in shaping business strategy and the future direction for the MRM Systems team and associated applications.
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of MRM’s vision, goals, and objectives, applying broad and deep knowledge of the Energy Trading & Risk Management (ETRM) space.
5. Provide strategic guidance and subject matter expertise to support Enterprise Risk clients in their use of Openlink Endur/Findur and related systems.
6. Present advice and support to peers and staff to facilitate transformation initiatives.
7. Support efforts to modernize and simplify the MRM applications and technology portfolio.
8. Follow the strategy and objectives outlined by MRM Systems management and governance committees.
9. Act as the main communication point with business clients regarding MRM systems availability, functionality, and processes.
10. Manage client expectations through effective negotiation and prioritization skills.
11. Provide analysis, advice, coaching, and coordination to meet user needs across the enterprise, maximizing MRM Systems effectiveness.

Who You Are:

1. 7+ years of progressive experience in IT processes, business management, and/or project management.
2. Practical experience in IT, Commodity Marketing, and/or Risk Management theories, principles, and practices. Candidates with client-side experience in these areas are considered.
3. Previous experience as a Business Analyst, with the ability to quickly understand business requirements and provide comprehensive recommendations influencing project outcomes.
4. Aptitude and communication skills for leading and working independently.
5. Working knowledge of Openlink Endur/Findur is preferred.
