Job summary

Fleet Space Technologies seeks a bilingual Logistics Lead, Americas to own end-to-end shipment of equipment by air, sea and land across the Americas. You will work with Field Operations, Engineering, Finance and our Australia team to raise logistics performance and reduce project risk.

The role requires 5+ years in international logistics, hands-on air freight experience and deep knowledge of customs and temporary importation. Hybrid/remote options apply.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• 5+ years in international logistics or freight forwarding.
• Experience with lithium batteries as dangerous goods is a plus.
• Ability to lead a function and collaborate across time zones and with multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of air, ocean and ground freight across the Americas.
• Ensure proper classification, packing and documentation for dangerous goods.
• Run temporary importation programs and manage customs and compliance
• Set logistics strategy for the Americas and build playbooks for project countries.
• Build and manage network of brokers, forwarders, 3PLs and in-country providers and negotiate contracts.
• Track key metrics like on-time delivery, clearance lead times and costs.
