Worklan on the South Shore of Montreal is seeking a Future Production Leader (Supervisor in Training) to join its management team and champion operational excellence in a high-growth, automated facility serving the North American market.

Reporting to the Production Director, the role focuses on structured training, mentorship, and progression into full supervisory leadership, driving continuous improvement and people development on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.
• College Diploma or technical training is a strong asset.
• Experience as a team lead, lead hand, or cell coordinator is a distinct advantage.
• Flexibility across shifts (day, evening, night, weekend).

Responsibilities

• Shift Operations Supervision: Supervise and elevate shift operations to exceed production targets and quality benchmarks.
• Team Leadership & Morale: Inspire, mentor, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline workflows using Lean principles to maximize efficiency, safety, and throughput.
• Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and drive cost-optimization initiatives.
• Safety Culture: Promote a proactive safety-first culture through floor audits.
• Coaching & Talent Development: Develop team members through targeted coaching.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead high-impact continuous improvement projects.
