With beloved brands like MasqueBAR, Vintage Cosmetic, Erase Your Face, Danielle Beauty, and Yes Studio, our products are sold worldwide across major retailers and marketplaces. We're passionate about building brands that excite customers, and Amazon is a critical channel for our next phase of growth.

We are looking for an experienced Amazon & E-commerce Sales Specialist who has been employed at Amazon and brings a strong understanding of the company's internal processes, systems, and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience with Amazon's 1P Vendor Central business, as growing our 1P business is an immediate strategic priority. Experience with Seller Central, 3P is also valuable.

YOUR ROLE IN THE COMPANY:

In this role, you will own the Amazon business across North America and the UK, with direct accountability for Amazon strategy, sales performance, profitability, and overall channel growth. Your primary focus will be growing our 1P Vendor Central business while also supporting our 3P Seller Central operations.

Drawing on your experience from within Amazon, you will develop and execute the Amazon strategy, navigate backend processes, optimize marketplace operations, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable sales and profitability.

You will manage the full lifecycle of our Amazon presence, including product setup, SKU launches, PDP optimization, advertising, inventory planning, compliance, reporting, and P&L performance. You will be accountable for translating Amazon strategy into measurable business results.

AS WELL AS:
Amazon 1P & 3P Account Management
  • Manage the company's Amazon business across Vendor Central (1P) and Seller Central (3P), applying prior Amazon experience to navigate platform processes and requirements.
  • Oversee item setup, catalogue and content updates, pricing, inventory coordination, compliance, and account maintenance.
  • Resolve account health, listing, suppression, compliance, chargeback, shortage, deduction, and other operational issues through case management and escalation.
  • Identify process improvements and stay current on Amazon policies, tools, and marketplace opportunities.
Sales, Profitability & Growth
  • Own Amazon sales performance and contribute to revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
  • Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, advertising, inventory, and profitability data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans for priority brands, categories, SKUs, launches, promotions, and seasonal events.
  • Monitor pricing, competition, and marketplace trends; report on revenue, margin, ROAS, ACOS/TACOS, conversion, inventory health, and rankings.
  • Recommend actions based on how Amazon's marketplace and product systems operate.
Listings, Content & Advertising
  • Manage and optimize product detail pages across the assortment, including launches and listing refreshes.
  • Create and improve SEO-focused titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, A+ content, imagery, and product claims in line with Amazon standards and brand guidelines.
  • Use keyword research, customer insights, and performance data to improve visibility, conversion, and customer experience.
  • Plan and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Brands Video, and Sponsored Display campaigns. Manage budgets, bids, keywords, targeting, and structure to support profitable growth.
  • Recommend and manage advertising and promotional opportunities; report results and next steps.
Inventory, Operations & Expansion
  • Forecast inventory needs using sales trends, advertising, promotions, seasonality, and launch plans.
  • Partner with supply chain and logistics teams on replenishment, shipments, FBA inventory, sell-through, stranded inventory, and inventory health.
  • Help ensure packaging, labeling, compliance, and fulfilment requirements are met; flag risks to sales and operations.
  • Assess growth opportunities on Walmart.com, TikTok Shop, and other relevant marketplaces based on potential, operational fit, and profitability.
  • Manage relationships with Amazon, marketplace partners, agencies, and service providers, including Front Row and Sol Retail where applicable.
  • Work with marketing, creative, product, operations, logistics, finance, and leadership teams to deliver marketplace plans.
  • Serve as an internal Amazon subject matter expert and clearly communicate processes, opportunities, risks, results, and recommendations.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:
