You will lead a senior sales team, shape investments, and partner with global leaders to drive Canada's agenda.
The role requires strong leadership, P&L ownership, and experience guiding large, high-velocity teams in a fast-growing B2B marketplace.
Description
Come be a part of a rapidly expanding $35 billion dollar global business. At Amazon Business, a fast-growing startup passionate about building solutions, we set out every day to innovate and disrupt the status quo. We stand at the intersection of tech & retail in the B2B space developing innovative purchasing and procurement solutions to help businesses and organizations thrive. At Amazon Business, we strive to be the most recognized and preferred strategic partner for smart business buying. Bring your insight, imagination and a healthy disregard for the impossible. Join us in building and celebrating the value of Amazon Business to buyers and sellers of all sizes and industries. Unlock your career potential.
The Country Manager, Amazon Business Canada is the single-threaded owner of AB Canada's commercial go-to-market — accountable for revenue delivery, organizational leadership, product strategy, and market development across Commercial, Public Sector, and Strategic segments. This is a true general manager role: you own the P&L, the team, the customer relationships, and Canada's strategic agenda within AB's worldwide organization.
You will lead a team of senior sales managers and specialists, serve as Canada's primary voice to AB's worldwide leadership on investment priorities and product roadmap, and represent Amazon Business externally at the C-suite level with Canada's most important commercial and public sector organizations. You will be entrepreneurial and innovative — thinking big while driving the day-to-day rigor of a large, fast-moving business. You will define Canada's long-term strategy, advocate for the resources and capabilities needed to execute it, and build a team and culture that sets the standard for every AB market that follows.
Come be a part of one of Amazon's fastest-growing and most strategically significant businesses. Amazon Business is a $35B+ global business operating at the intersection of technology and B2B commerce — building procurement solutions that help organizations of every size work smarter, spend more responsibly, and unlock value they cannot find anywhere else. We stand at the frontier of what's possible in enterprise procurement, and we're just getting started.
Amazon Business Canada launched in 2019 and is now in its seventh year of operation — a mature, high-growth market with a team of 70+, a 2026 revenue target of $458MM USD, and an ambition to be the default procurement partner for Canada's largest and most complex organizations. We are building something world-class here, and we are looking for the leader to take it to the next level.
