Job summary

ID Logistics Canada is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader at our Halifax, NS location to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced 3PL environment. You will supervise warehouse associates, drive productivity, safety, and service targets while promoting a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

Mandatory: Previous Amazon (warehouse or fulfillment center) experience.
2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution.
1–3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates (picking, packing, shipping, receiving).
Assign daily tasks and monitor workflow to meet productivity and SLAs.
Drive performance through coaching, feedback, and accountability.
Lead daily shift huddles and communicate key operational updates.
Track and manage KPIs (UPH, order accuracy, on-time shipping).
Implement continuous improvement using Lean and Amazon-style best practices.
