About the Role
We are seeking an Amazon & eBay E-Commerce Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing, optimizing, and scaling e-commerce operations on both Amazon and eBay . This is NOT a role for beginners or those looking to "learn on the job." Only seasoned professionals with documented success in scaling sales, optimizing listings, automating processes, and running high-ROI advertising campaigns should apply.
Responsibilities :
- Amazon & eBay Store Management : Oversee and optimize product listings, storefronts, and category structuring.
- Listing Optimization & SEO : Write high-converting product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and A+ content.
- Advertising & PPC Mastery : Manage Amazon Sponsored Ads (PPC), DSP, and external traffic strategies for optimal ROI.
- Brand Protection & Growth : Handle Amazon Brand Registry, Brand Analytics, and strategic pricing tactics.
- eBay Storefront & Promotions : Manage eBay Promoted Listings, SEO tactics, and high-converting pricing strategies.
- Data Analysis & Reporting : Utilize analytics tools to track conversion rates, ACoS, TACoS, and profitability metrics.
- Compliance & Policy Management : Stay ahead of Amazon & eBay policy changes to maintain compliance and minimize risks.
- Audits & Performance Reviews : Conduct in-depth audits of listings, advertising campaigns, and account health to uncover growth opportunities.
- Automation & Efficiency Optimization : Expert in automating and optimizing Amazon and eBay listings to enhance operational efficiency and boost sales performance.
- Automating A+ Content Creation : Implement tools and strategies to streamline and automate A+ Content development, ensuring high-quality, consistent, and scalable brand storytelling.
- International Expansion : Develop and execute strategies for Amazon and eBay international expansion , including market research, localization, fulfillment logistics, compliance, and cross-border advertising.
Required Experience & Skills :
- Minimum 5 years managing high-revenue Amazon & eBay accounts.
- Amazon PPC, Sponsored Brands, Display Ads, DSP, and external traffic experience.
- Expertise in eBay SEO, promoted listings, and store optimization.
- Deep understanding of Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Buy Box strategies.
- Proven track record of growing e-commerce sales through optimization and advertising.
- Strong analytical skills (Excel, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar tools).
- Experience with Amazon FBA & eBay logistics.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and implement automation strategies for efficiency.
- Expert in automating A+ Content creation for brand consistency and speed.
- Extensive experience in Amazon & eBay international expansion, including localization, compliance, and fulfillment.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But a Plus!)
- Amazon DSP experience
- Deep understanding of Amazon Global Selling & eBay Global Shipping Program
- Experience with AI-driven automation tools
- You have less than 5 years of professional Amazon & eBay experience.
- You do not have a track record of scaling sales on these platforms.
- You lack experience in automation, audits, A+ Content creation, and international expansion.
