Job summary

Wholesome Kids Catering is seeking a Delivery Driver in Ontario to join our logistics team. You will deliver healthy lunches and snacks to childcare centers, follow delivery routes, unload at centers, and return bins to the production facility for cleaning.

Reporting to the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll support production on occasion, update Customer Service on delays, and maintain vehicle safety and cleanliness while delivering with a friendly, customer‑focused approach.

Qualifications

• Valid G license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthy lunches and snacks to childcare centers.
• Assist with distribution of items into delivery vans.
• Handle pickups and deliveries from production to customers.
• Support monthly HACCP reporting for delivery vans.
• Ensure safe driving and vehicle cleanliness.
• Document deliveries on Driver's App and report incidents promptly.
• Maintain excellent customer service and proper box handling.

Position Title: Delivery Driver

Reports to: Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor

Direct Reports: N/A

Salary: $22/hour

To be successful in this role, the Delivery Driver is fully engaged and is always willing to go above and beyond to create a great experience for Wholesome Kids Catering's customers. Good relationship building skills are needed to excel with internal team members as well as customers. Organization and the ability to work in a face paced environment are important to this position. Results focused and actions oriented are also skills that would create success in this position.

The Role

Reporting to the Logistics and Warehouse Supervisor, this role focuses on engaging with Wholesome Kids Catering customers while delivering food items. The delivery drivers are to ensure the correct items are delivered to the correct customers according to the delivery route and map provided to them. Instructions are to be followed regarding where to unload the food items at the centers, and in turn collect all empty bins or equipment to return them to the Wholesome Kids Catering production facility for cleaning. This position may also provide support to the production staff by delivering special catering orders or picking up equipment as needed. Delivery drivers are expected to update Customer Service if they encounter a delay on their route.

• Delivering healthy and nutritious lunch and snacks to the Childcare Centers
• Assisting with the distribution of items into delivery vans
