Job Description

Position Summary

In this role, you will play a critical role in cultivating employee engagement and corporate culture through various platforms and initiatives. Your expertise will be pivotal in collaborating with internal clients and a high-performing team to shape our corporate narrative and tell the most exciting story in energy.

This is a full-time, limited-term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.

You Will:

1. Create and deliver compelling communication content to engage employees and strengthen corporate culture, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations.
2. Develop and execute internal campaigns across communication channels that amplify initiatives and drive engagement.
3. Uphold and elevate internal brand standards to ensure consistency and strengthen brand identity.
4. Ensure clear, timely, and effective internal messaging to unite cross-functional teams across geographies.
5. Monitor communication trends and business needs to improve communication strategies and platforms.
6. Collaborate with internal partners to provide guidance, tools, and best practices for internal communications.
7. Support internal communication projects as assigned by the Manager, Corporate & Midstream Communications.

You Have:

1. 5-10 years of communications experience, preferably within the energy industry.
2. Strong understanding of midstream operations and industry-specific communication challenges.
3. Proven ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.
4. Proficiency in content creation and event management.
5. Strong analytical skills to use data for communication strategies.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and executive teams.
