Position Summary
In this role, you will play a critical role in cultivating employee engagement and corporate culture through a variety of platforms and initiatives . Your expertise will be pivotal in work ing collaboratively with internal clients and a high-performing team to shap e our corporate narrative and tell the most exciting story in energy.
This is a full-time, limited- term role for 12 months, with the possibility of extension.
You Will:
Create and deliver compelling communications content to engage employees and strengthen corporate culture, including email updates, newsletters, intranet content, videos, and presentations
Develop and execute internal campaigns across communication channels that amplify internal initiatives and drive engagement
Uphold, champion and continuously elevate internal brand standards to ensure consistency and strengthen internal brand identity
Ensure internal messages are communicated clearly, timely and effectively to unite cross-functional teams across different geographies
Monitor and evaluate communication trends and business needs to continuously improve the effectiveness of employee communication strategies, methods, and platforms
Liaise with internal partners to provide top-tier internal communications, offering guidance, tools, and best practices that support strategies and initiatives
Support internal communications projects as assigned by the Manager, Corporate & Midstream Communications
You Have:
5-10 years of communications experience, preferably within the energy industry
Strong understanding of midstream operations and industry-specific communication challenges
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans
Proficiency in content creation and event management
Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive communication strategies
Ability to work collaboratively with internal clients and executive teams
