Qualifications

• 2–5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience, Oil & Gas preferred.
• CPA designation or working toward one is an asset.
• Advanced Excel and Power Query skills; JD Edwards and Power BI experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, business-partner mindset.
• Interest in learning the trucking business and understanding operations.
• Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset by identifying challenges, addressing root causes, and driving process enhancements.

AltaGas is looking for a sharp, proactive Financial Analyst to join our Midstream Finance team, supporting the Trucking Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving processes.
