What You’ll Do:
  1. Proactively Hunt for Business: Build and manage your pipeline through prospecting, cold outreach, and community involvement.
  2. Close Deals: Identify client needs, create customized insurance solutions, and close sales that protect what matters most.
  3. Expand Your Reach: Attend community events and network to grow your client base.
What You Bring:
  • Proven Sales Performance: At least 2 years in outbound sales, exceeding targets and driving revenue.
  • Hunting Mentality: Results-driven, competitive, and passionate about prospecting and winning new business.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong communication skills and ability to develop lasting client relationships.
  • Insurance License: Licensed or willing to become licensed.
  • Industry Experience: Prior insurance experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
