What You Bring:
  • Proven Sales Performance: At least 2 years of outbound sales experience with a record of exceeding targets.
  • Hunting Mentality: Relentless drive, competitive spirit, and passion for prospecting.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong communication skills and ability to develop lasting client relationships.
  • Insurance License: Licensed or willing to become licensed.
  • Industry Experience: Prior insurance experience is a strong asset but not required for the right candidate.
