Job summary

Magna IV Engineering seeks a Technical Sales Manager to expand our Calgary, Alberta presence by fostering key client relationships and communicating our technical field services and engineering solutions.

The role partners with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Marketing to develop regional strategies, proposals, and revenue growth, requiring a technically knowledgeable sales professional with industry ties. Travel ~25% within Western Canada is expected.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in technical sales or related sales leadership role.
• Strong understanding of high-, medium-, and low-voltage electrical equipment and power delivery systems.
• Established relationships within Alberta electrical, utility, industrial, or power systems markets are desirable.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to travel ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy for Alberta markets.
• Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and present technical solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, Engineering, and Marketing to create bids and proposals.
• Build and manage a robust regional sales pipeline and forecasts.
