You will partner with engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to translate insights into decisions, define metrics, and build dashboards.

Ideal candidates have 4–7+ years in strategic analytics, strong SQL, leadership, and excellent communication skills to influence product and marketplace outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in strategic data science/analytics within tech or high-growth startups.
• Proficient in SQL and capable of deep data analysis to derive actionable insights.
• Experience leading high-visibility, cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for growth and efficiency using data-driven frameworks, especially around pricing and earnings.
• Establish metrics to measure health of products, business, and rider/driver experience.
• Develop dashboards and analytics to monitor performance across regions and nationally.
• Translate data insights into decisions by partnering with product, engineering, marketing, design and operations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
