Qualifications

• Be authorized to work in Canada.
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset).
• RAIC would be an Asset but not Mandatory.
• This position requires Canadian citizenship or permanent residency due to airport clearances.

• Ability to work in a stressful and fast-paced environment.

• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Check passengers' bags before departure.
• Inform passengers about on-site protocols.
• Conduct daily security unit functions including deterrence and note taking.
• Liaise with visitors, customers, and the public.

Permanent Positions we are looking to fill

P1: Monday to Wednesday 1300-1800

P2: Saturday to Wednesday 1500-2300

Responsibilities For Airport Terminal Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Checking Bags of the Passengers before departure
• Making the Passengers aware about the protocols at the premises
• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterrent, and report writing/note taking.
• Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors
