Job summary

SSP Canada in Dorval, located at Montreal Trudeau International Airport, seeks friendly servers to join our fast-paced team. You will greet guests, input orders at the register, handle payments, and ensure accurate checks with courtesy and speed.

We offer a $13.30/hour base pay plus tips, company-paid parking or bus pass reimbursement, a comprehensive benefits package, and an employee meal plan. Bilingual English-French communication is required for success.

Qualifications

• One year serving experience required.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Verbal and written communication in English and French language required.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with guests and take orders.
• Basic mathematical skills to operate a cash register and manage payments.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Input orders into register and create a check for each guest.
• Receive cash, make change, verify charges, and manage vouchers.
• Maintain proper bar setup at all times.
• Stock, cut, and store garnishes, juices, and perishables daily.
• Adhere to liquor regulations for serving alcohol.
• Perform general cleaning to meet health standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
