Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service: greet visitors, verify identities, guide visitors.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Check passengers' bags before departure.
• Inform passengers about on-site protocols.
• Execute daily security unit tasks including deterrence and note-taking.

Responsibilities for Airport screenng Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Checking Bags of the Passengers before departure
• Making the Passengers aware about the protocols at the premises
• Conducting daily functions of the security unit including visual deterrent, andreport writing/note taking.
• Liaising with visitors, customers. and the general public on a consistent basis
• Providing customer service information and assist in handling the questions of visitors

Qualifications for Airport screenng Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in Canada
• Hold a valid Manitoba security license
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
• RAIC would be an Asset but not Mandatory
• This position requires Canadian citizenship or permanent residency due to airport clearances
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a stressful and fast -paced environment
