Job summary

Reimagined Parking is seeking a Field Supervisor at Winnipeg Richardson International Airport to oversee daily parking operations, manage staff, ensure smooth vehicle entry/exit, and deliver exceptional customer service while enforcing parking policies. This role reports to the Operations Manager and requires hands-on leadership in a busy, outdoor/indoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business or related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in parking operations, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with parking management or POS systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking attendants, cashiers, and enforcement staff assigned to the lot.
• Oversee vehicle entry/exit flow, lot occupancy, and space availability to optimize efficiency.
• Ensure staff provide courteous and timely service to customers.
• Monitor adherence to parking rules, ticketing procedures, and fee collection.
• Handle and resolve customer concerns, disputes, or incidents professionally.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of the lot.
• Train new staff on procedures, safety practices, and customer service expectations.
• Verify accuracy of collected revenue and ensure timely bank deposits or handoffs.
• Coordinate with maintenance or technical staff for repairs to gates, pay stations, or signage.
• Maintain accurate records of staffing, incidents, and shift activities.
