Job summary

Porter Airlines Inc. is seeking a Station Supervisor for Montréal Metropolitan (YHU). You will lead station operations, ensuring safe Turn performance, supervising passenger service at check-in, gates and ramp, and fostering a high‑performing team environment.

Qualifications

• Three years airline experience in customer service or ramp.
• Two years of leadership experience.
• Able to obtain and hold all required security clearances.
• College diploma or equivalent experience.
• Able to effectively plan and manage resources (people and time).
• Able to work irregular hours.
• Able to lead under pressure.
• English and French proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead 7-day-per-week in-station leadership coverage (overseeing operations and passenger interactions at the check-in counter, at departure gates and on the ramp).
• Actively engages with operations, passenger interactions and team member coaching during peak periods.
• Oversee the Team’s safe and reliable execution of the Turn.
• Identify and eliminate barriers affecting Turn execution across teams.
• Ensure safe operation of the Station and compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor customer service experience and ensure Porter’s service behaviours are followed.
• Conduct regular audits of Team Member performance and train junior staff.
• Participate in Porter’s SMS and safety reporting.
