Job summary

Qualifications

Ability to work on a permanent basis in Canada.
Ability to handle stress and work under pressure.
Ability to obtain necessary security clearances.
Ability to obtain Restricted Radio Operators Certificate.
Ability to work rotating shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Dependability with clear attendance record and reliable on-time reporting.
Full G2 license (or out of province equivalent) with a clean driving record.
Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

Project a professional manner with emphasis on customer service and hospitality.
Coordinate line service activities including relaying aircraft fuel loads and movements.
Data entry of aircraft fuel quantities into database.
Provide special services (car rental, limo/taxi, restaurant reservations, catering).
Actively participate in Porter’s Safety Management System (SMS).
Other administrative duties as assigned.
