Job summary

Air North, Yukon's Airline is seeking a skilled IT Systems Analyst in Whitehorse to manage the Passenger Service System (PSS) and associated SaaS solutions. You will configure, validate, and ensure operational integrity across airline platforms, working with the IT Systems Development team and reporting to IT leadership.

The role focuses on translating business needs into technical configurations, managing change processes, and ensuring platform behavior meets operational expectations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in information technology, business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT support, systems administration, or analyst role.
• Must be able to obtain and retain a Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC).
• Available to participate in on-call rotation, outside of standard business hours.
• Must have and maintain a valid Class 5 Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• PSS and SaaS Platform Operations: Monitor and validate system behavior; own configuration change processing end-to-end; perform feasibility checks; track defects and vendor SLAs; maintain configuration records; act as technical point of contact with vendors; coordinate vendor tickets; support integrations; participate in vendor reviews and updates; liaise with government agencies on technical requirements and compliance.
