Job summary

Airbus Canada in Mirabel, QC seeks an Airframe Integration Professional with extensive aerospace experience to lead integration efforts for next‑gen airframes. You will drive design, development, and certification activities within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Chief Engineering, Programs, Methods, Production, and Customer Service, with opportunities for growth and international mobility.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
• 10+ years in aerospace design and system integration.
• Deep knowledge of aircraft structures and interfaces.
• Design for Manufacturing, Assembly and Serviceability.
• Expert in CATIA V5 and ENOVIA PLM tools.
• French and English language skills are assets.

Responsibilities

• Define and perform design, development, qualification, and certification for airframe structures and system installations.
• Contribute to major engineering development projects delivering on time, budget and quality.
• Drive trade-off studies for structural and system solutions.
• Develop technical solutions to resolve development issues.
• Participate in design reviews with suppliers and authorities.
• Coordinate data across production, service, procurement and planning.
• Produce and maintain structural analysis reports and CAD models.
