Job summary

Capgemini Engineering in Mirabel, Canada, seeks an experienced Design Integrator to coordinate aerospace design across structures, systems, cabin and EWIS domains, manage PCR/RFC changes, and ensure design maturity and alignment with certification requirements.

You will be the central liaison between the Design Office, CoCs, Program, Manufacturing, FAL and Certification, providing consolidated visibility on interfaces, risks and deliverables for the A220 program.

Qualifications

• Engineering background in mechanical/aerospace or systems.
• Experience in aerospace design integration or design office.
• Practical experience with engineering change management (PCR/RFC).
• Good understanding of airworthiness, certification, and design deliverables for commercial aircraft.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and integrate engineering activities across multiple aircraft design domains (structures, systems, cabin, EWIS, interiors, stress).
• Ensure design consistency and coherence across impacted work packages and act as Design Office focal point for interdependencies.
• Support and coordinate engineering changes (PCR/RFC); assess and communicate impacts on design, certification, manufacturing and interfaces.
• Interface with Program, PMO, Manufacturing, Quality, Certification; ensure design robustness and producibility with Mirabel FAL.
• Contribute to DPS planning, design milestones and provide structured reporting to Design Office and program leadership.
