Capgemini Engineering in Mirabel is seeking a Design Integrator to coordinate and consolidate engineering designs across aircraft domains, ensuring interfaces and maturity align with program objectives and certification requirements.

You will act as the central point between the Design Office, CoCs, Program, Manufacturing, Certification, and suppliers, driving design changes, risk assessment, and governance within a hybrid on-site framework in Canada.

Formación

• Engineering background (Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems, or equivalent).
• Experience in an aerospace Design Office or design integration environment.
• Practical experience with engineering change management (PCR / RFC).
• Good understanding of airworthiness, certification, and design deliverables in commercial aircraft programs.
• 5-7 years’ experience in design or integration.
• Aerospace experience mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and integrate engineering activities across multiple design domains to ensure consistency and coherence.
• Act as focal point for design interdependencies and interfaces at aircraft and work-package levels.
• Coordinate and assess design changes, communicating impacts on certification, manufacturing, and interfaces.
• Monitor design milestones, maturity, deliverables status, and risks; report to Design Office and Program leadership.
• Support certification activities and governance, contributing to continuous process improvement.
