Job summary

Alpine Aerotech is seeking a Structures Technician to fabricate, repair, modify, and restore aircraft structural components across a diverse helicopter fleet. Reporting to the Structures Manager, you will ensure work conforms to approved data, engineering specs, regulatory requirements, and Alpine Aerotech standards.

You will design and perform repairs per SRMs and ADs, fabricate components to tight specs, inspect finished work, and maintain documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Transport Canada-accredited Aviation Structures program.
• AME-S licence or active pursuit of certification is required or desired.
• Experience with structural repairs or sheet metal fabrication is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design, lay out, and perform structural repairs using SRMs, ADs, TBs and engineering drawings.
• Fabricate, assemble, and fit structural components to precise specifications.
• Perform sheet metal repairs and structural modifications across helicopter platforms.
• Apply corrosion control, metal treatment, and preservation processes.
• Inspect work for regulatory compliance and Alpine Aerotech quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, fabrication, and maintenance tasks.
