Job summary

Canadian Helicopters is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our Halifax base. Reporting to the Supervisory Base AME, you will plan and perform aircraft maintenance, ensure compliance with company policies, and manage hangar and support equipment.

The role requires a Transport Canada M1/M2 AME license, 3–5 years of helicopter maintenance experience, and the ability to obtain RAIC. Relocation to the Halifax area and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

  • Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 and/or M2 rated AME license.
  • Holding or having held ACA on the Sikorsky S76 series or other multi-engined IFR helicopter would be a definite asset.
  • 3 To 5 Years Of Helicopter Maintenance Experience Preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain Access to Controlled Goods authority and a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC) for airport airside access.
  • Must have the legal right to work in Canada.
  • Must be organized and a self-starter.
  • Must be customer focused and be a team player.
  • Must have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Halifax area.

Job Description
