- ACA Premiums starting at 7%, increasing 1% every 3 years to a maximum of 12%
- Night Shift Premium of $2.00/hour
- Fuel Tank Entry Premium of $7.00/hour
- Overtime pay of 1.5 for theinitial8 hours of overtime and 1.75 for time beyond theinitial8 hours (within a pay period)

Are you ready for your next adventure?Ensure you meet the following requirements:
- Valid Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License required (M2 preferred)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience and/or endorsed on Boeing 737and/or 787 and/or Q400, or equivalent type ofaircraftis preferred
- Proven technical aptitude with strong airframe, powerplant, and flight control experiencerequired
- Legally entitled to work in Canada(must hold a Canadian Passport or Permanent Residency and/or open work permit with PR card in process)
- Must be able to obtain RadioLicencewithin 6 months of employment
- The physical ability to lift 62lbs and be able to sit, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a variety of environmental conditions including temperature extremes, confined spaces, working at heights and in a noisy workspace
- Ability tomaintaina positive fit test to wear all safety and protective equipment including (but not limited) to a respirator apparatus
- Flexibility to work shift work (night shifts,weekendsand holidays) including overtime when necessary
- Must be able to travel for situations where base coverage and/or rescue tripsarerequired
- Strong computer knowledge and skills using various Maintenance tracking programs and Microsoft Office Applications
Successful candidates willbe requiredto meet the following conditions of employment:
- Obtain andmaintaina Restricted Area Identification Card (RAIC) issued by Transport Canada
- Obtain andmaintainAirside Vehicle Operators Permits (AVOP). Must have a valid Driver’sLicenceand a clean driver’s abstract
- Complete a pre-employment assessment to measure physical ability and fitness for the positionincluding audiometric testing
- Produce a clear police backgroundand criminal record check
- Pass a pre-employment alcohol and drug screening testfor substances including Alcohol, Psychoactive Substances, Illicit Drugs and Cannabis
