Job description

Aircraft Hydro-Mechanical Systems Senior Engineering Specialist – Take Flight with Us in Toronto, ON.

We’re on the hunt for a confident, experienced engineer to lead exciting aircraft design projects, support production, and tackle real-world challenges from customers. Based in our Toronto office, you'll be at the heart of innovation.

What You’ll Do:
  1. Approve design docs, test plans, and certification reports.
  2. Act as or become a Transport Canada Delegate (DAD).
  3. Define system specs and certification plans.
  4. Solve in-service issues and support production.
  5. Mentor junior engineers and lead by example.

What You Bring:
  1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering + 10+ years in aircraft hydro-mechanical systems.
  2. Strong knowledge of TC, FAA, and EASA certification.
  3. Skilled in hydraulic system analysis and component selection.
  4. Familiar with Dash 8, Twin Otter, CL415 aircraft (a bonus!).
  5. Comfortable with MS Office and system simulation tools.
  6. Willing to travel as needed.
