Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence based in Canada. This high-autonomy role is ideal for a builder who thrives where the path is still being defined, with hands-on discovery across AI strategy, product, ventures, client engagements, and internal initiatives.

You will identify high-leverage opportunities, own projects from concept to delivery, and collaborate across strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations while adapting to evolving

Qualifications

• Builder mindset demonstrated by creating and shipping startups, products, tools, systems, movements, or other meaningful initiatives.
• Generalist capability to move between strategy, product, technology, design, sales, or operations with deep knowledge in at least one area.
• Hands-on AI experience including LLMs, AI-powered products, model integrations, AI tools, automated workflows, or related technologies.
• Entrepreneurial experience starting from scratch, operating without a predefined roadmap, and delivering results.
• Strong capability in at least one discipline (coding, design, sales, product, strategy) with breadth to contribute beyond core specialty.
• Ownership and initiative with proactive, self-directed problem solving.
• Intellectual curiosity, willingness to challenge assumptions and learn quickly.
• High standards in ambitious, fast-moving environments emphasizing quality and accountability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with senior leaders and multidisciplinary teams.
• Evidence of work (GitHub, live product, portfolio, AI tool, automation, prototype).
• Location in Canada and availability to work remotely full-time with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Explore and prototype: develop, test, and validate venture and product opportunities through prototypes and rapid experiments.
• Identify high-leverage opportunities and commit to a primary venture, role, or initiative.
• Build and ship: take ideas from concept to execution across ventures, client solutions, internal tools, or AI-enabled products.
• Operate across disciplines: contribute to strategy, client engagements, product development, team building, and other priorities.
• Raise the bar: challenge assumptions, provide candid feedback, and improve quality and impact.
• Work through ambiguity: create direction where no roadmap exists and own from problem to delivery.
