Job summary

Onni Group in Vancouver seeks a field service technician to install and deploy GreyOwl.ai hardware and software solutions at client sites. You will set up, test, and troubleshoot AI-driven devices, sensors, servers, and networking components, with a focus on security and reliability.

You will wire and test low-voltage cabling, fiber optics, configure networks, and provide on-site and remote support. Travel to client sites is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a field service, low-voltage installation, or technical support role.
• Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling, fiber optics, and structured cabling installations.
• Experience with networking (routers, switches, wireless APs, IP configurations, VLANs).
• Familiarity with IoT devices, security systems, AI-driven technology, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure GreyOwl.ai hardware and software, ensuring seamless operation in client environments.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot AI-driven devices, sensors, servers, and networking components.
• Assemble, mount, and install cameras, IoT sensors, access control systems, and smart monitoring devices.
