Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years in a field service, low-voltage installation, or technical support role.
• Technical Background: Strong knowledge of low-voltage cabling, fiber optics, and structured cabling installations.
• Experience with networking (routers, switches, wireless access points, IP configurations, VLANs).
• Familiarity with IoT devices, security systems, AI-driven technology, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure hardware and software in client environments.
• Set up and test AI-driven devices, sensors, and networking components.
• Run low-voltage cabling and fiber optic work per specs.
• Configure network devices and ensure secure connectivity.
• Provide on-site and remote tech support.
• Document installation records and comply with regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams; train end users.
