Job summary

TINK Digital Profitability Inc. in Montréal is seeking an AI Strategy Lead & Head of AI Practice to identify and shape AI-powered solutions for clients and internal teams, bridging business strategy, product, UX, and AI technology.

You will translate needs into product visions, design intelligent workflows, prototype concepts, and structure MVPs and roadmaps while collaborating with UX, data, and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in applied data science in digital contexts, web development, or digital strategy.
• Strong interest in generative AI, intelligent workflows, and AI platforms.
• Solid understanding of modern AI systems including LLMs, RAG, prompting, and AI agents.
• Ability to translate business needs into realistic product concepts and roadmaps.
• Excellent communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Identify top AI opportunities for clients and internal teams.
• Understand business needs and workflows to prioritize use cases.
• Assess feasibility, dependencies, and risks for AI initiatives.
• Translate data maturity into viable AI foundations.
• Design user journeys and AI-integrated experiences.
• Collaborate with UX/UI, development, and strategy teams to align solutions.
• Produce prototypes, demos, or semi-functional concepts to accelerate alignment.
• Structure MVPs, roadmaps, and strategic recommendations.
