As part of our founding team, you'll shape our approach to solving strategic client challenges with AI.

Position Overview

As our AI Solution Designer, you'll bridge the gap between our enterprise clients and development team. You'll combine technical AI knowledge with business insight to discover, design, and define innovative solutions that enable our clients to transform the customer value of their products. This role requires you to understand both complex business challenges and AI capabilities to create solutions that work.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct discovery sessions with enterprise clients to uncover their core challenges, using strategic questioning to identify opportunities they may not see themselves.
• Research how these problems are currently solved without AI, then evaluate how AI capabilities can deliver better results.
• Create working prototypes using current LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini) to demonstrate concepts and gather feedback.
• Assess the technical viability of your proposed solutions against current AI capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive solution proposals with simulation results and implementation requirements.
• Guide clients through AI capabilities and limitations, setting realistic expectations while showcasing potential.
• Support our backend engineering team during solution implementation and delivery.
• Ensure all solutions meet our core strategic requirements of being trustworthy, supportive of our users and scalable.

Our AI Solution Designer must design solutions that consistently deliver on these non-negotiable principles :

• Factual & Trustworthy : Our solutions must be designed with accuracy, transparency, and reliability at their core. You'll create architectures that build client trust through consistent performance, verifiable information, and clear explanation of AI decision processes. All solutions must include mechanisms for fact-checking, citation, and information verification to ensure systems deliver truthful results that users can depend on.
• Supportive : Our solutions aim to give time back to people working in real-time settings such as education and news media. You'll design AI systems that handle routine tasks and generate relevant insights from fast-moving information, enabling professionals to focus on creativity, learning, and growth. The goal is to enhance human capabilities rather than replace them, creating tools that support deeper work and meaningful human interaction.
• Scalable : Our solutions must be designed to handle increasing workloads, data volumes, and user requirements. You'll create architectures that can grow with our clients' needs while maintaining performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

What You’ll Have

• 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or product management.
• Understanding of large language models and AI technologies - what they can and cannot do.
• Technical background with ability to translate complex concepts for business audiences.
• Strong communication skills with executives and technical teams alike.
• Experience gathering requirements and designing implementable solutions.
• Track record of creating successful technical solutions that address business needs.

What You Might Have

• Experience with prompt engineering and working with commercial LLMs.
• Background in enterprise software implementation or consulting.
• Knowledge of AI ethics, responsible implementation, and emerging regulatory frameworks.
• Project or product management experience.
