Job summary

Outlier is seeking English-speaking freelancers to train AI models. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, rate naturalness and usefulness, and compare AI-generated images and videos for prompt adherence.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong, clear written communication.
• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Strong attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Comfortable speaking about realistic situations in a natural, conversational way.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make a clear decision when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

• Hold a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models, then rank how natural, useful, and clear each one sounded.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judge which better follows the prompt.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misalignment.
• Provide a written explanation in English detailing what you saw or heard.
