Job summary

OTT Financial Group is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, support employees, and drive initiatives such as SSO, automation, and AI-enabled helpdesk capabilities. The role will grow toward cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.

You will maintain Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, networking, and endpoint security while ensuring systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant.

Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in IT administration or a similar role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Entra ID.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
Experience with user provisioning, access control, and endpoint management.
Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues independently.
Comfortable using AI tools and automation to boost productivity; familiar with AI copilots and automation tools.
Experience implementing SSO (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain employee workstations and peripherals.
Provide day-to-day technical support for hardware, software and access issues.
Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.
Ensure systems are secure, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies.
Lead or support IT initiatives such as SSO implementation across business applications.
Assist with automation of environment provisioning and configuration.
