Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation, lead nurture, and marketing ops in a AI-forward environment. You will run paid campaigns, build ICP-based lists, and surface insights to accelerate growth across channels.

You will leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content, and reporting, while collaborating with sales to optimize funnel performance and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing or related roles
• Experience managing paid advertising campaigns
• Experience with Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Experience building email marketing and lead nurture campaigns
• Strong research and data analysis capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows

Responsibilities

• Support execution and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Google, and other channels
• Monitor campaign performance and improve CTR, CPC, CPL, and conversions
• Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and conversion-focused initiatives
• Support organic and paid growth initiatives across multiple channels
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with ICP
• Research companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities
• Support outbound sales through data enrichment
• Maintain CRM data quality and assist pipeline management
• Support the sales team in identifying target accounts and growth opportunities
• Build and optimize email nurture sequences
• Support lead scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle programs
• Analyze email performance and recommend improvements
• Conduct market research on target industries, competitors, trends
• Monitor competitor messaging, pricing, product developments
• Develop competitive intelligence reports to support strategy
• Develop weekly, monthly, quarterly performance reports
• Analyze marketing, website, pipeline, revenue performance
• Identify growth opportunities and funnel leakage
• Help recommendations to improve conversion and CAC
• Track and report on SaaS growth metrics: website traffic, lead gen, MQL, pipeline, CAC, self-serve product performance
