Job summary

Lenovo is seeking high-potential graduates for the Global Future Leaders Program as an AI Platform Engineer (PC Agentic Applications). You will design, prototype, and scale AI platform capabilities optimized for PC infrastructure and hybrid environments, working with senior architects and AI researchers.

You will gain hands-on experience through cross-functional rotations, mentoring, and leadership development, tackling strategic projects that deliver smarter technology for all.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong foundation in ML fundamentals, NLP or generative AI concepts, and systems programming basics.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with LLMs, AI agents, or multimodal models.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and development of an Agentic AI platform for PC infrastructure.
• Build and prototype AI agents using LLMs, multimodal models, and structured outputs.
• Develop scalable AI application frameworks for local and hybrid deployments.
• Assist in optimizing AI workloads across CPUs and GPUs and evaluate performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
• Support integration of AI solutions into PC-based systems, including model serving pipelines and secure local inference environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and security teams to translate ideas into prototypes and documentation.
