Job summary

Valnet Inc. is seeking an AI Operations Analyst to design and scale a scalable lead generation pipeline by building AI agents, automating workflows, and connecting data with revenue platforms. You will experiment with AI tools, test new approaches, and collaborate with growth and revenue teams to drive measurable results.

You’ll own the end-to-end process from identifying opportunities to launching and scaling successful AI initiatives in a fast-growing digital media environment.

Qualifications

• 0-5 years of experience in AI, growth, lead generation, analytics, automation, operations, or a related field.
• AI-native mindset with hands-on experience using modern AI tools.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how lead generation connects to conversion and revenue.
• Proven ability to build, test, and deploy AI or automation solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy AI agents that automate prospecting, lead qualification, enrichment, and follow-up.
• Identify bottlenecks and opportunities across the lead generation funnel.
• Build automated workflows that increase lead volume, quality, and efficiency.
• Integrate lead generation data with revenue platforms and other business systems.
• Analyze data to understand which channels, campaigns, audiences, and lead sources generate the highest-value results.
• Build reporting and feedback loops that connect lead generation activity to revenue.
• Test LLMs, AI agents, automation platforms, APIs, and emerging AI tools to uncover new growth opportunities.
• Monitor funnel performance, including lead volume, quality, conversion, acquisition efficiency, and revenue contribution.
• Work closely with growth and revenue teams to turn business opportunities into measurable AI initiatives.
• Continuously experiment, optimize, and scale what works.

Valnet is looking for an AI Operations Analyst to join our team and help build the next generation of our lead generation operation.

You will combine AI, automation, data, and business strategy to build a scalable lead generation pipeline and identify what drives revenue.

You will build AI agents, automate workflows, connect lead generation data with our revenue platforms, and create feedback loops that show us which channels, leads, and strategies actually generate results.

This is a build-and-ship role. You will identify opportunities, build the solution, launch it, measure the impact, and scale what works

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with APIs, CRMs, revenue platforms, SQL, Python, spreadsheets, automation tools, or BI platforms is a strong asset

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and figuring things out independently
• Highly curious, experimental, and constantly looking for new growth opportunities
• Strong bias toward execution and measurable business results
• Experience in lead generation, digital media, performance marketing, or revenue operations is a strong plus - but not required
