Fellow is the AI meeting assistant that helps teams turn conversations into decisions and action, built with privacy and security in mind. We are looking for a full-stack Software Engineer to join our Engineering team and help build the core Fellow experience.

You will work across the stack, from APIs and data models to polished product experiences, owning features from early idea through production and iteration.

Qualifications

• Professional software engineering experience building and shipping production software.
• Experience with modern web technologies and delivering end-to-end features.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features end to end across React, TypeScript, Django, Python, GraphQL, and the systems around them.
• Take ownership of meaningful product areas, from understanding the problem to rollout and iteration.
• Partner closely with Product and Design to turn ideas into polished experiences.
• Write thoughtful tests and maintain performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Dig into user feedback, trace root causes, and implement durable improvements.
• Develop technical plans, break work into practical pieces, and make trade-offs when needed.
• Leverage AI coding agents in daily workflow and help improve AI-driven workflows.
• Contribute to code reviews and engineering practices while helping others perform their best.
