Jobber is seeking a Manager, Credit Risk in Canada to lead a growing risk team within the Fintech department. The role focuses on building an AI-native credit risk practice for Jobber Payments and a future lending business, partnering with Data Science and Risk Analytics to design models and controls.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Operations, and Finance, embedding risk policies into product workflows and establishing provisioning aligned with IFRS9/GAAP.

Formación

• Demonstrated experience in credit risk in fintech, payments, or lending.
• Builder mindset: automated and AI-enhanced risk approaches.
• Data-centric decision making with direct data work.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python to pull and analyze data independently.
• Familiarity with IFRS9/GAAP provisioning preferred.

Responsabilidades
