Be a part of Project NOVA (Next‑gen Optimization with Visionary AI) and work directly with our CEO and senior leadership team, enjoying full freedom to innovate.

This posting covers three engineering tracks within Project NOVA — Mechanical, Electrical, and Industrial/Process — each helping bridge the gap between engineering and AI innovation. As an AI & ML Intern, you’ll apply your technical expertise to guide model selection and ensure AI solutions meet real‑world engineering needs. Candidates should indicate their preferred track(s) when applying.

Your Tasks
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify AI/ML opportunities and gather data requirements.
  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models.
  • Analyze large datasets to extract insights, trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Document development processes, methodologies, and results for project reports.
  • Present findings to stakeholders using visualizations and reports.
  • Stay current with AI/ML advancements and bridge engineering and AI requirements.
Areas of Focus

In addition to the core responsibilities above, each track carries track‑specific work:

Mechanical Engineering
  • Foundational understanding of finite element analysis — structural dynamics, modal analysis, eigenvalue problems, and mode shapes.
  • Proficient in Python with hands‑on experience using NumPy and SciPy for numerical data processing.
  • Experience with 3D visualization libraries — PyVista, Matplotlib, or Plotly.
  • OpenFOAM or fluid‑structure interaction experience is a bonus but not required.
Electrical Engineering
