Job summary

CoreFactor is seeking a DevOps Engineer in a permanent, full-time role. The position is hybrid and requires four in-office days per week, with a focus on operationalizing Gen AI and ML solutions by building reliable CI/CD pipelines and production environments to support scalable AI applications.

You will collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and data engineers to move AI initiatives from prototype to production, ensuring security, reliability, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in DevOps, software engineering, platform engineering, or MLOps-related roles.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts, release practices, and production support.
• Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and source control using Bitbucket.
• Proven experience deploying and supporting production systems.
• Experience with data or AI platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
• Proficiency in Python or Bash; familiarity with Docker.

Responsibilities

• Enable end-to-end delivery of AI, ML, and GenAI solutions from experimentation through scalable production.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers, and data engineers to move solutions to production-ready delivery.
• Support AI solution patterns such as RAG, search-driven applications, or agent-based workflows.
• Contribute to reusable deployment approaches and templates to accelerate delivery across AI initiatives.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and production environments.
• Improve production readiness through monitoring, logging, and operational best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues across pipelines and drive root-cause remediation and preventive improvements.
